Time spent experiencing the Pacific Northwest is valuable, and if we can reduce your trips to our ticket offices, so much the better. So, we're encouraging local vendors and service providers to offer discounts to you, directly.  ITT is still in the background though, negotiating discounts and special deals for the mililitary community, offering 24/7 convenience and availability whenever possible.

Yes! Call your nearest ITT office. You'll have to prove eligibility and sign for the charge, but that's easily done by completing a form and faxing or emailing it to the ticket office.  We charge $5.00 for sending tickets via Federal Express.

Check the listings for each vendor carefully. Some offer discounts at their gate when you show your ID - Show your ID and save. Others are Print and Go, which means you purchase on-line through their e-commerce page and print their voucher or ticket. Others are available only at ITT and require a visit to our ticket offices.

We'll do our best to honor any requests you make, but can't guarantee we can fill your special orders (unless a physical handicap requires special accommodation). If you want to sit with a specific someone, it's best to place your orders together and advise our ticket seller at that time.

By working closely with the venues and promoters we reserve seats months in advance which qualifies us for special, group rates and great seats. By avoiding the major ticket outlets we save you the fees that would normally be charged if you were to purchase your tickets from the vendor.

When we started this project in the fall of 2008, we found many vendors who wanted to show their support but had no way to get the word to you. Besides those early participants, we're actively contacting vendors, attractions and service providers offering them a free listing on Military Merits in exchange for great discounts. The list of participants will constantly change, with new ones being added and new discounts offered.

ITT tries to get the best seats possible at a reasonable cost - those that offer the best value for your money. Sometimes they're in the balcony or mezzanine, which can offer better views than those on the main floor, and sometimes they're on the main floor, or in the orchestra section. We assign your seats from our blocks in the order in which we receive your order. In other words, if you order on the 1st, and your friend orders on the 15th, your seats will be toward the front of our block - further forward than your friend.
